Tornadoes Confirmed in Ohio
Eight tornadoes were confirmed to have touched down in Ohio during recent severe weather, according to the National Weather Service. No warnings or advisories were in effect at the time of the touchdowns.
Tornado Warnings and Watches Issued
The first tornado warnings in Ohio were issued around 8:30 pm and continued through 10:15 pm, connected to multiple tornadoes. Multiple tornado warnings and watches were issued across central and southern Ohio.
An outbreak of deadly severe weather targeting much of the Ohio Valley spawned several tornadoes, resulting in widespread damage and power outages. Central Ohio experienced tornado warnings and watches during the storm.
